WHAT IT COVERS
Since we are confident in our designs, and stand behind our products, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to every eligible customer. Below is what our warranty covers:
  • Any damages as a result of manufacturing defects and a fault in the design
  • Items which arrive damaged
Please take into consideration we do not cover any external damages that are not caused by a fault in the design, such as lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain, stones falling out, broken clasps, etc.), abuse, improper use or storage of the product, normal wear and tear, tarnishing, or lack of care. This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items. *We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.  
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
Use the button below to submit a claim. From there, we will respond within 24 hours to assist you with your claim. The warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the jewelry. All we ask is that you cover the shipping and handling cost of $15 for each piece. If we no longer carry the item, you are welcome to exchange your piece for a different item of equal or lesser value, or for store credit.
